No term start/end in legislators-historical.csv

The yaml and json have term start/end info, but the legislators-historical.csv does not.
Should term start/end also be in the csv, or is there another file I can "merge it in" from?

I'd like to know this also. I'm using the csv file for legislators-historical and need the start/end date or congressional session served.
