Support for other platforms

Is it possible to get the full source code, not just the static libraries, or at least get working libraries for Windows or other platforms so we can implement it into our own systems?
We see the Unilidar 2 software works for Windows so it should be possible.

If this for some reason can not be provided a detailed protocol description would also be appreciated.
