Poll: What Database do you use in the Backend for your Uno Apps?

There are so many Databases out there and each of them does have their strength and weak points of course!
But maybe we could get a impression on what others here in the Uno App Development Community are using commonly at this time around v6+ of the Uno.Sdk!

Don't know if this form is supporting comments or you adding options, but if it is, let us know here or on our discord if you may recognized some DB is working better than others so maybe others could use it as thing to consider just like you!

Some Specification:

• This question is more about the Database on the Backend and not on the Device itself, as I would assume this would be most of the cases only a small one for PWA or similar cases, like a Sqlite Db
• The "Database" is not limited to be SQL!
