As the FISMAtic team, we want to learn from people who are potential users of the system. The two major groups are people who have:

Gone through an ATO (particularly at Census)
Reviewed System Security Plans (SSPs; particularly at Census)

Spreadsheet for tracking (internal only)

Conduct interviews
Add summary to the repository
Send summary to interviewees
