Hi, would it be possible to add a "title" field to each task thread, and have that be the text that shows prior to expansion on the respective pages? This would help to declutter the Maintenance page (i.e., Description field becomes Title field on left half of page), the tool summary page, etc. This is especially important on mobile devices, where screen real estate is limited. In this implementation, the full description of the task would only show when the task is expanded.
If titles are displayed instead of descriptions on the maintenance page, this could also free up space such that the left side could be 40% of the screen width instead of 50%. My maintenance team would really appreciate this, especially on mobile -- they operate on iPads while in the cleanroom.
Thanks for the consideration!

This would also help users to track on the Tool Details page which ticket refers to which problem. The initial problem report often doesn't capture the crux of the issue (not obvious to user at time of reporting), but an editable title could. This would greatly enhance clarity.
