For now, we can only call /rgbpp/v1/transaction/{btc_txid}/job to obtain the transaction processing results.
Users have reported hoping to pass in the callback URL in /rgbpp/v1/transaction/ckb-tx. It enables one to be notified when a transaction is completed/failed.
