  1. Get an arduino or any board with serial/UART.
  2. Write some firmware to upload various messages that have the same bytes as the valid byte tests (115200 Baud rate) in telemetry/tests.py
  3. Write a HW_test.py file that uses the DatagramDecoder class in decoder.py and verify the script is properly decoding (you can print outputs in terminal)!
