I see no reason why solid blocks like bridger:block_{white, yellow, green, red, steel} (also some slopes and panels, corrugated blocks, decks, foundation and others) should propagate any light. They are registered with paramtype="light" and sometimes with sunlight_propagates = true.
I wanted to build the exterior of my building with these blocks, but with the light inside it looks ugly and too bright in a dark environment because the light shines through the walls.
