Can I use the assets to make a datapack ?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to use Farmer Delight's assets to make a datapack (a sort of light version of the mod). I've almost finished the basics of the datapack and I was waiting to know if it was possible before publishing my datapack on GitHub. Of course I'll credit vectorwing in the Readme. I find the assets too beautiful, I'd never be able to make similar ones.
