Background

Why do you think this feature is needed? Are there current alternatives?
That icon appears on top of the hamburger menu, the user profile picture (at the top),
and the chat/helpdesk icon (at the bottom). I can hide it for the current session.

Proposal

Add more position options, such as:
Middle left
Middle right
Or even better — make it flexible and movable, similar to the Facebook Messenger bubble, allowing users to place it anywhere on the screen.
