It would be trivial to just write a query and search for certain accounts with certain email addresses. Appsmith can’t prevent people from signing up. But it’s easy to run a query that checks for banned people with tickets or accounts. Tech team will need to make a table of banned people. Scott can make the interface in Appsmith that allows us to add banned people. How will we run the comparison/check? Is this something appsmith can do?

For some people on our ban/watch list we have only their name and NOT an email. We would like to be able to view when a name matches our records as well. What makes sense to me is to have first and last name fields in this new ban/watch table. Of course this will trigger more false positives but I can have a flow where I just check appsmith every few days so I'm not super worried about this.
