Hide All Tracks Color selector when not relevant #317

Only when All Tracks Same Color (A) is selected,
should the All Tracks Color (B) item be revealed.

Ah, don't hide it, just show it in unselectable grey!

It already does this since Viking 1.6 (when used on actual layers).

Ah, I think you are referring to the Edit->Layer Defaults variant - which doesn't change the sensitivity for some reason. I will investigate.
