This PR includes the following updates:
virt-installfor uefi will reset system and shutdown/reboot, in this case the--cloud-initwill be dropped after reboot.dnf installcommand instead of dnf5 module.virt-s1is facing github runner concurrent 20 runner limitation now. Change workfllow to use testing farm to run all plans in two runners (x86_64 and aarch64) to save runner.
