Description:
Experiment stuck if the sense-id of the 1st block is not equal to 1
Reproducing the bug:

Choose ANY language
Choose ANY word
Change the word (The sense-id gets incremented)(repeat this process ANY no. of times)
Now, fill in other details (CORRECTLY) and hit "Next"

Expected Result:
If the entries are correct, a new block should appear below for the next possible meaning of the word
Actual Result:
The same window gets reset with the sense-id incremented, this keeps on continuing henceforth
