In the Quiz page of "Identification of Prehistoric handaxe" experiment, after selecting the options and clicking on the submit button, the result is displayed on the screen and how many times we click the submit button that many times the result is displayed on the screen but the previous result is also displaying on the screen instead only for the first time the submit button should be enabled
