Create "basic" testing file

It would be helpful if we had a small, simple as possible "testing" dataset. This dataset should adhere to the loon data format described at [https://github.com/visdesignlab/aardvark-util], and should ideally have at least 2 experiments, and one of those experiments should have at least 2 imaging locations. Otherwise the data should be relatively small to make sharing it easier. The data does not even have to be "real" cell microscopy images, but could be synthetic. That said, it might be easier to construct a simplified "real" example than generate a synthetic one.
