I think they're hidden when you don't own the project; but I don't see them for any while I'm logged in (do I not have permissions?)

Should these be visible but greyed out when you don't have permissions?

A tool tip could say "You can't edit this project because you don't have permission".

Do we then need an ability to make copies of projects?
