Update TKO RA to include AWS-Native integrations

Once the base RA & Deployment Guides have been published, the documents should be updated to include AWS native options from an integration perspective. The following AWS services should be considered as part of this update.

• Key Management Service (SSH Key storage)
• Elastic Block Store (Shared Storage Pools for Workload Cluster)
• AWS CloudWatch (Replacement for Observability)
• Database Services with Private Link or Private Endpoint (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL and Document DB)
• EC2 AutoScaling
• Multi-AZ Deployment

is this a requirement from PM team ? most of them are AWS related stuff and can be easily found into AWS documentations. Should that be in RA scope ?

I put these issues in per a discussion that I had with Rahul. Each of the items listed above would either replace a Tanzu feature within TKG/TKO or is an add-on that a customer would want to integrate with Tanzu. Therefore, there will be a need to provide RA and Deployment for how to integrate these into a deployment.

Rahul asked me to create these for tracking purposes for what will need to be added and appended over time. There is an identical one that is tied to Azure as well. If you don't think that it needs to be here, then please take it up with Rahul.
