Avoid VS warning banner "startup performance could be improved by closing TAS Explorer Tool Window" #368

Sometime when VS starts & the TasExplorer tool window was left open in the previous session, a yellow banner will appear toward the top of the IDE saying something like "Startup performance could be improved by closing TAS Explorer Tool Window" (will try to add screenshot)

Maybe this could help? (or maybe it's unrelated 🤷)
