[Bug report] Markdown-hint custom title bug sidebar title.

Description

Hi, when I use Markdown-hint and custom title the title of the page on sidebar make unconfigured.

This bug also is happening in https://ecosystem.vuejs.press/plugins/markdown/markdown-hint.html#guide.

The title page on the side is showing "/plugins/markdown/markdown-hint.html"

If I remove de custom title of hit, the menu side return to ritght mode.
