[Feature Request] In VCalendar - set disabled dates and custom time intervals on dates

Problem to solve

I have an medical app and there are some not business days and there are days with some times locked as lunch times.

Proposed solution

I´d like to see it implemented because I see in others calendars and I need it in vuetify.
