[BUG] - vultr_snapshot elapsed default set to 20min and failed by context deadline exceeded

Describe the bug
I have an instance (120GB in size) which snapshot takes more than 20min to complete.
Default is set to 20min so it failed by context deadline exceeded
using: terraform-provider-vultr_v2.21.0

Expected behavior
Snapshot build should pass

Additional context
timeouts are not available for vultr_snapshot

Can timeout be implemented?
