Manifest Editors Meetings

Hola hola,

I'd like to propose rotating meeting times to unify work and decisions between co-editors. Atm we have a EU and a US meeting, but topics and discussions don't flow naturally and much is lost between meetings.

This would mean we would alternate between US/EU/AU times to accommodate all editors and make sure that all working sessions are at a fair time.
