[XSLT10] "Latest version" URL points to the cover page of XSLT series #68

The cover page of XSLT version 1.0, XSL Transformations (XSLT) Version 1.0 has a link which is noted as "Latest version". It points to the cover page of XSLT series, https://www.w3.org/TR/xslt/. To obtain the latest revision of XSLT version 1.0, https://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-10/ should be used, but there is no link to it. Linking "Latest version" to https://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-10/ might be better?
