If we provide the videos in a small form at top, How to provide the more accessible video?

example Easy Checks video has:

• full AblePlayer wrapper with accessibility controls easy to find
• "This video is also available on a W3C server: Video: Easy Checks Overview (file format: MP4, file size: 29MB)." for users who cannot get the YouTube video (e.g., in China and some corporate limitations)
• Text Transcript with Description of Visuals

Perhaps add that to the bottom of the page under an expand-collapse?

@shawna-slh just to be clear, do you think we should mimic what is on that Easy Checks page exactly?

• Simpler video player in the intro section, with a link to more accessible options
• more accessible options in a disclosure widget that includes a link to the video on a W3C server, then the full able player version, then a text transcript?

The link and heading text will need to be updated, but it's all there in concept.

FYI @shawna-slh @iadawn @JayneSchurick @kakinney the videos in 8 of the 9 user stories have been updated with the new pattern. I have also updated Auditory in Diverse Abilities (which also involved a slight format change to match the user stories.)

@brianelton Kevin agrees. Leave the expand-collapse on the video heading and have it collapsed by default. Remove the expand-collapse from Text Transcript with Description of Visuals (so when the parent heading is expanded, the transcript is always visible).

I can confirm that the video flow is the same in all of the user stories. I did not make any changes per @shawna-slh above.
