More than one video player on a page

Would be good to have the facility to have more than one video on a page. This is possible with AblePlayer but is a limitation with the video-player.html Jekyll include in the theme.

Problems:

• Nothing that uniquely identifies video pairs (base video and audio described video)
• Multiple inclusions of script includes
• Multiple inclusions of audio described by button controls

Possible approaches:

• Create an 'includes-videos' layout which contains a single instance of the code
• Create a 'video-enabled' include which contains a single instance of the code
• Include a unique identifier for each video pairing to improve controls
• Check for updates to AblePlayer
