Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, how Wabbajack compiles from when having the same game from two storefronts is very opaque. In order to "force" Wabbajack to compile from GoG install, I need to uninstall from Steam.
Also, there's no check between the MO2 game instance and the one that Wabbajack is using to compile.
Describe the solution you'd like
- A warning when there's a mismatch between the MO2 game instance (GoG/Steam) and the one that Wabbajack is compiling from
- The possibility to choose which install to use when compiling
Describe alternatives you've considered
At present, I need to create two parallel MO2 instances and ensure only one storefront game is installed, which is a very time consuming task.
Additional context
