Reminder to not contact mod authors for old versions.

From what I've seen, this is mainly a problem for NSFW lists. Within the first couple hours that a mod author on LL released a new update and removed old versions, there are often multiple comments asking for old versions to install a wabbajack list.
All/most discord servers have a rule to not contact mod authors for old versions, including the wabbajack discord, but I can't find this mentioned anywhere in the tool itself.

As a suggestion, I think adding a reminder similar to "DO NOT CONTACT MOD AUTHORS FOR OLD VERSIONS OF THEIR MODS." in the following two places can help. (Screenshots are edited as example)

1. In the "Trying to download wrong file" popup when the manual download does not match.

2. In the MissingManuals.html reports, under the Manual header:

Or if it's possible to automatically detect when a LL mod is no longer available, and put the list in maintenance. That would prevent the issue better of course.
