Had issue with finding Clinvar variants for MSH2, both GRCh37 and GRCh38, not clear why…there are many. Other variant creation tools work for this gene though, including ClinGen.
Had issue with finding transcripts for PTPN11 with GRCh38, not an issue with GRCh37.
