Testing the downloaded pdf with https://www.epoconsulting.com/erechnung-sap/xrechnung-validator

it gives back

Same here.. how to fix no xRechnung.Attachments in InvoiceNinja 5.3.100?

Did you add a text to the invoice? IMHO this is also mandatory.
Also we noticed, during the last version update of Invoice Ninja, we had to use the setting for eInvoice: EN16931
