createView fix for color attachment issue

I am on Safari Version 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9). When looking at the first article, there seems to be some issues when setting the color attachment. Adding a ".createView()" seemed to fix things, not sure if this is a problem you see on your device.

sigh.... this a bug in Safari. I'll have to revert the changes to webgpufundamentals until they fix it.
