Context

We need to differentiate our tiered service offerings based on enabling features and limits, those features need to be controlled by the superadmin in the Org Quotas panel where Max Concurrent Crawls currently resides. Eventually these will be automatically managed but for now they will be handled manually.

Requirements

The following parts of our pricing plan must be controllable through the Org Quotas panel:

• Org limit on concurrent crawls (done!)
• Org cap on max crawl size (GB)
• Org cap on max pages per crawl
• Org collection sharing limit
• Org disk space cap (GB)
  • Does not stop crawls when reached but disables running of new crawls and uploads until storage is freed up
• Org option for different storage back end

Webhook settings to come separately later probably!
