I added support for this game (see pull request #27), but had to make some changes to the code, so just a plugin won't be enough.
Here's the built version for Windows with the plugin inside:

@thedanill should it allow for adding new lines to the scripts or is that a existing limitation of the tool?

I get a "panic: 导入参数数量不匹配 35" error if I add a MESSAGE tag to the script that was not there before, but it does let me edit existing MESSAGE tags.

LucaSystemTools does let me add things and it does show it in game, but that tool is older and has other issues which makes this one better if it does support adding lines.
