Varying test hooks

We've setup the test suite so that we can test everything with multiple different hook setups. Up until now, we only are actually testing against one hook. We should add the following variations in different hooks to make sure they all run probably:

• Diff tickspacing
• Diff token decimals
• Diff token direction
• Diff starting parameters
• Diff fees
• Diff num pd slugs

Note: There will likely need to be changes made to the test suite to accompany these different hooks. The end goal is for every test to be completely agnostic to whatever hook type is in use.

This is true for the asset token, but not necessarily for the numeraire. Although fwiw I don't really see any risk to using numeraire tokens with different decimal amounts
