Here's how I can help you:

1) `<username> <message>`: send someone a compliment and make their day. A username can look like `WVAnon#4913` - though... don't send him a compliment, hehe. (I'll do that ;))

2) `!reply <num> <message>`: reply to a compliment you got. The compliment number is at the bottom of the embed.
