Quitting the chromeapp before tests finish leaves the grunt process stuck #17

To reproduce:

start some tests
quit chrome while tests are trying to run.

Observed behaviour:

grunt process gets stuck in a bad state and doesn't end/fail.

Preferable behaviour:

grunt treats tests as failed. or quits.
