Slim the Preface: drop Training, slip in training note
Remove the free-standing "Elixir, Phoenix and Ash Training" section from the Preface. Instead, slip a brief clause into the opening paragraph that signals — subtly — that this book is the same route I take when I train teams. Readers who want training will pick up on it; readers who just want to read the book don't get pushed.
