Question: is development still proceeding? #57
Comments
I've been wondering the same thing so I've decided to fork the repo and continue development myself. |
Great! I look forward to seeing it.

Hello boys & girls ! I'm not dead yet and will take back the development soon. It is just that I got mad at writing Java so I decided to stop for the enjoyment to come back. Someone mentioned me Kotlin as an alternative. I might go for a rewrite with it. Anyway, if some people want to join the dev (wheter be Java or Kotlin), we can have a chat so I ramp you up on the project. |
Hi wizmer Great to see your still here! I want to join you and help out. I'm fairly familiar with the project. |
Hi, how is restarting development going? I do not see any activity. Should I be looking someplace else? I would like to see an orgmode on Android that works well, even if it is not feature complete. What is the prognosis here? |
Hi, |
Is anyone actively developing on SyncOrg nowadays? Or is there another active fork of MobileOrg somewhere that y'all could point me to? |
Hi there. On my end, I have totally stopped maintaining and developing SyncOrg. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any active forks right now but that does not mean they don't exist ! |
Just found SyncOrg recently and still struggling with setup and usage. Has errors creating folder but worked around that with help from others in issue #31 but then ran into problem with subfolders (I have a dozen or so subfolders in a tree and it ended up recursing during setup and creating 2000+ folders and 20,000+ files which I'm now trying to remove). So I'll just test this without folders and wait for it to be improved, but I see there hasn't been any checkins for half a year and no releases in almost a year.
Is development still happening, wizmer?
