Add summary card for planned work #1705

Show all current planned work and future planned work in a summary card. (SURF repo)

Try to use the same timewindows as used in the service detail page. However I expect that the furture timewindow should shorter.

place summary card in top left corner (1st
use green icon, like

per planned work ticket add link the service ticket detail page
sort on startdate first
link to the service ticket page for the "Total planned work tickets" button
