Make Start page of orchestrator more interesting

Current startpage is lacking information density. A couple of things should be nice improvement, which may need to be split out into a separate ticket:

• Summary cards are quite large, might need a redesign
  • card become too wide if window is large
  • heading is a separate component from the rest
• Some summary cards could be collapsed by default
• Save settings of collapsed/visible cards in local storage similar to table setting
• Collapsing/expanding a card should be done per row?
• Re-ordering with drag and drop?
