WfoTable: Column width dragger visible on top of items covering the table header

When the New Task dropdown is open it covers the table header of the table header below. When hovering at the point where a colum-width-dragger shows up, it shows up above the menu items. Probably a z-index thing, but also probably part of the library that is used to render the drag component.
