Contrast/colorblindness issues

The current color scheme is not red/green colorblind friendly. An alternate color scheme option or a high contrast mode would address the needs of users with colorblindness.

Bringing over something mentioned in the FRC Discord, a Red/Blue contrast (using some shade of blue like 0x007FFF) is typically colorblind friendly and could replace the Red/Green contrast.

One other thought I had: we could use iconography to make the states distinguishable regardless of colour contrast. For example, there could be a break in the status light indicator instead of showing the solid bars.
