Description:

Currently, when authorizing a business consent with multiple users, multiple events are triggered with the same details for different users. However, only a single event should persist data into the AUTHORISATION_METRICS_DATA table. This results in unnecessary duplicate entries, leading to redundant data storage and potential inconsistencies in the metrics response.
