API resource filter is not working.

Description

• In the latest product build the API resource search is not working when we search from the API resource display name.
• Additionally current API resources are not ordered and it's hard to find a API resource when the search is not a option. As an improvement we can sort the API resources by it's display name.

Steps to Reproduce

• Visit API resources page and try searching a resourcce by a resource display name.

In the latest product build the API resource search is not working when we search from the API resource display name.

• The search is case sensitive right now and we need to search with Offline to get the expected result (H2 Database).

  

This should be fixed with the API side rather than from the front-end side.

Currently, the API Resource API doesn't support the following:

1. sortBy (DB level limitation)
2. Case insensitive filtering. (DB level limitation. MySQL seems to be supporting this & Postgre SQL might support this as well. Need to double check)
