I have a lot of ebooks in archived format. For reading in epy I should at first unzip it all and open fb2 directly. Will it be possible to open fb2.zip files, or at least be able to use bash pipes for "unzip -p foobar.fb2.zip | epy"?

Hmm, I don't think that will happen. Do one thing only and do it well principle. You can always make a script for that.
