In some mobile devices, the icon which gives the user the capability to switch between the rear and front camera is not visible in the first QR scanning invocation. If the user closes the QR scanning phase and invokes again the QR scan capability, then the icon is visible.

This error has been reported to occur on the following devices so far:

  • iPhone 11
  • Samsung S21FE
