This is one of the applications of Gaussian Blurring. We use Gaussian Blurring to downsample an image to change the sccale in which an image is viewed. We use the `cv::pyrDown()` function to do both Gaussian Blurring and downsampling simultaneously.

The first image is the input image, which is larger. The second one is the output image which is half the size of the the input image. This shows that the image was downscaled by a margin of 2.
