Should be able to parse BSSID that contains addresses starts with 0 correctly.

e.g. an AP with BSSID: a4:56:02:fa:eb, it returns a4:56:2:fa:eb. The leading 0 has been ommited.

Currently, it happens on iOS platform, not sure about android platform.
