"Print current document to HTML" does not work with the "Markdown Preview Mermaid Support" extension

What's the problem

If the user has the Markdown Preview Mermaid Support extension installed, the Print current document to HTML command produces a lot of extra text.

What's the expected result

The expected result would be that the Print current document to HTML command works even if the Markdown Preview Mermaid Support extension is enabled.

How to reproduce

1. Enable Markdown Preview Mermaid Support
2. Create a markdown file
3. Use the Print current document to HTML command.

Other information

NOTE: I would love to learn more about this project and work on this issue since I use Markdown All in One regularly. If there are any suggestions on where to get started with fixing this issue, I would love to try my hand at resolving this.
