Running timescaledb tune script as initContainer

I would like to run the timescaledb-tune script as an initContainer, so it can change the postgres.conf, so that the postgres container loads them. But the problem is how to do it, because when the postgres starts patroni will create a new config.

Any suggestion? Thanks
